This PR removes unnecessary system and cache files from the repository and adds common OS/editor/Python cache patterns to .gitignore.

Changes:

• Removed .DS_Store (macOS system file)
• Removed Python pycache files (compiled bytecode)
• Added .DS_Store, Thumbs.db, desktop.ini to .gitignore
• Added Python cache patterns (pycache/, *.pyc, *.pyo, *.pyd) to .gitignore
