Add DNS-01 challenge support to letsencrypt.py to enable certificate issuance without requiring root access or binding port 80.
The previous HTTP-01 standalone method required binding port 80, which failed for users without root privileges or when port 80 was already in use. This change introduces a DNS-01 manual TXT record challenge, allowing certificate issuance in such restricted environments.
