Adds MongoDB backup and restore functionality to the admin page.
The implementation uses Mongo's Extended JSON streaming (.ndjson.gz files) for backups and restores, eliminating the need for external mongodump or mongorestore tools. This includes a new admin tab for creating, listing, downloading, deleting backups, and uploading a backup file for restoration with an optional "drop collections first" feature.
