Update the app for Oscars 2026 and add an admin control panel to add movies via the API.
The control panel uses the existing /api/movies/add endpoint, requiring an admin JWT. An "Admin" navigation link is now visible only to users with admin: true in their JWT payload.

Frontend:
Admin Control Panel: New public/control.html with public/js/app_control.js to add movies via POST /api/movies/add (fields: imdb_id, category, vod_link).
Navigation: Add Admin link in nav bars (movies.html, checklist.html, user-stat.html) shown only when decoded.admin is true.
Auth/Access:
Protect admin page client-side by verifying JWT, expiration, and admin flag; non-admins redirected to movies.html.
2026 Update:
Update titles, countdown target date to March 15, 2026, and copy (e.g., README, footer, page titles; last-updated placeholder in movies.html).
