Update readme UI screenshot to reflect current dashboard

Browse Source 
Retook pics/ui.png to show the current dashboard, including the
Dashcam nav item added in later phases. Also switched the readme's
image link from a hardcoded old-commit GitHub URL to a relative path
so it won't go stale again.
