This PR refactors the admin control panel and improves the Mes picks page:

Control Panel Changes

  • Removed 'Lecteur' tab: Merged player UI settings into the 'Visibilité' tab for better organization
  • Unified buttons: Single set of reload/save buttons now handles both visibility and player UI settings
  • Simplified styling: Cleaner, minimalistic formatting with consistent spacing

Mes Picks Page

  • Added loading bar: Implemented the same progress indicator used in movies, checklist, and stats pages
  • Better UX: Users now see visual feedback during data loading

Technical Details

  • Updated pp_control.js to load/save both settings together
  • Removed redundant button handlers
  • Simplified HTML structure in visibility tab
  • Added createPageLoader function to pp_picks.js matching other pages
